Nouveau Fireflies

I finished in time! Woo!
I drew this for the 's July lineart contest.
The theme this month is fireflies/storybook. Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE fireflies- so I could Not resist this.
I wanted to make this drawing something special, and venture out from my usual style a bit to explore the wonderful world that is Art Nouveau. I think I did well- I Hope I did ^^'
I spent a lot of time doing the background. I drew out all the frames/sections on half of the picture, and mirrored them to make sure it would be perfectly symmetrical. Of course trees aren't exactly traditional in this style, but I thought I'd have some fun with it. Then came the tall grass and the moon flowers, which I chose just to go with the theme/fact of fireflies and how they come out at night.
